Patrick G. Charbonneau - President
Pat, company founder and APOLLO's President, attended McMaster University in Hamilton and Carleton University in Ottawa, studying Business and Economics. Pat has also completed a number of courses offered by (BOMA) Building Owners and Managers Association including Design, Operation of Building Systems Parts I and II, Real Property Law, Real Estate Investment and Finance and Environmental Health & Safety Issues. Prior to joining a large area development firm in 1989, Pat was employed by a major international real estate firm, gaining broad experience in property management, as well as real estate sales and marketing.
Pat currently oversees his management team in the direction of all property management functions of APOLLO, including commercial, residential and condominium management, investor relations and project co-ordination.
Pat is an active member of the Ottawa Chapter of BOMA and has served as one of the judges for BOMA's Annual Building and Property Management awards competition. He is an active member and committee chair with the Kiwanis Club of Ottawa, and a member of the steering Committee for the Regional Linkages Committee. Pat has also served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity.

Michael LaFontaine BA, RPM, RCM - General Manager of Condominiums
Michael is the General Manager, Condominium Division. Michael graduated from the University of Western Ontario and has worked in the property management industry since 1984 managing a varied portfolio of condominium properties. Michael is certified by the Association of Condominium Managers (RCM) and the International Real Estate Institute as a Registered Property Manager (RPM). As General Manager of Condominiums, Michael oversees the property managers

Lynn Heaston - General Manager, Commercial Division
Lynn joined our team in 2005 with over 15 years of property management experience. Over the years, she has worked in commercial and condominium management as well as operations and transition management. Lynn is responsible for all activity at the properties including tenant relations, owner correspondence and leasing. Lynn is active with the Ottawa Chapter of BOMA and has been vice-chair of various committees for over 5 years. She brings with her several BOMA certifications including Real Property Accounting, Real Property Administration and Risk Management and Insurance.
